30 Day Money Back Guarantee

At JacksBerlin, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. You may return your purchase for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the item, provided that:

• The item is returned in its original packaging, complete, and in saleable condition.

• Products cannot be sized or altered. If the product has been altered (e.g., resized, links removed, or otherwise modified), the return will not be accepted.

• If your order included a bonus gift, both the purchased item and the gift must be returned for a refund or exchange.

• If the product is not returned in its original packaging, a 20% administration fee may apply.

• Worn items cannot be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to you.

• We do not refund expedited shipping costs or Route Package Protection (if purchased).

JacksBerlin reserves the right to refuse credit or exchange if the item is incomplete, damaged, or returned in a non-saleable condition due to negligence, misuse, or abuse. In such cases, the customer will be notified, and the item may be returned at the customer’s expense.

If a promotion includes a gift with purchase, both items must be returned to qualify for a refund. If the gift is not returned, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund.

For multi-item promotional discounts: if only part of the order is returned, the discount will be considered forfeited and deducted from the refund.

By placing an order with JacksBerlin, you agree that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

• If reported after the 7-day period, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

• Exceptions may be made at our discretion in special circumstances.
